Description and Requirements
These are your detailed responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the internal product development team on material selection, part design and manufacturing feasibility.
· Generate 2D drawings for tooling suppliers prior to tooling start or mass production.
· Failure analysis and solution evaluation.
· Assist shock & vibration engineer to perform the shock & vibration test.
· Perform tolerance analysis.
· Generate PCBA DXF.
· Generate mechanical BOM and EC management.
· Perform mechanical related test.
Organization
You will report to mechanical design manager supporting customers in worldwide. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.
What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:
· BS or MS in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
· Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD packages such as Creo, AutoCAD.
· Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, die cutting, CNC)
· Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.
· Good teamwork spirit and can work under high pressure.
