Description and Requirements

职责描述：

1. 独立负责Camera HAL的开发和维护；

2. 独立负责新功能的评估和开发，稳定性问题的解决；

3. 带领团队完成新功能或者方案的评估工作及最终实现；

4. 定期对团队成员进行知识领域的培训，完成团队的Camera能力建设；

5. 优化相机体验包括性能，功耗，温升等的优化；

6. 有AI Camera相关经验者优先。


职位要求：

1. 计算机，电子，通信或相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 熟悉C和C++编程开发；

3. 有高通平台或者MTK平台的Camera HAL 4年以上的开发和调试经验；

4. 有算法集成，性能优化，功耗优化，稳定性问题解决任一领域2年以上经验者优先；

5. 有良好的沟通能力，自我驱动和团队合作精神。
