The Commercial Campaign Manager manages marketing initiatives aimed at driving awareness of – and consideration for – Lenovo solutions and products with Commercial Large Enterprise customers. This key role supports the WW Commercial Marketing organization, collaborating across multiple teams to understand business and marketing objectives. The Commercial Campaign Manager defines Commercial B2B marketing strategy and plans, overseeing the execution of activities to achieve those objectives and drive overall business growth.
We are looking for candidates with proven expertise in defining content strategy and messaging architecture, drawing on audience and industry insights. Our ideal candidate will have experience executing and measuring 360-degree, global marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on modern digital media formats.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Commercial business and WW marketing stakeholders to understand segment strategies, objectives, and priorities
- Define the marketing strategy, engaging business and geo stakeholders throughout the process
- Build internal expertise for the Commercial segment by deeply understanding and widely socializing industry insights, audience segmentation, and the customer decision journey (CDJ)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to craft the execution plan, in context of the CDJ
- Maintain the Commercial target audience framework, value proposition, and messaging strategy, ensuring all produced content clearly aligns
- Educate WW stakeholders and external partners on relevant campaign elements to drive cohesion across internal and external activities
- Work with the agency and internal teams to manage campaign asset creation
- Work with the geo marketing teams to help drive the implementation of the global campaign execution framework and guide them through the localization process
- Establish campaign and supporting program KPIs and targets
- Review campaign performance data and manage optimization strategies with key stakeholders
- Manage the quarterly marketing budget and associated operational activities
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in Marketing or relevant field
- 8+ years of B2B Marketing experience for a hardware and/or technology company
- Demonstrated understanding of the B2B audience
- Experience building integrated go-to-marketing strategies and marketing campaigns
- Previous budget management experience required
- Proficiency in global communication standards
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time
- Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness and impact
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively
- Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail
