Description and Requirements
The Smart Collaboration Business Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Analyze and Assess the Smart Collaboration Market in North America
- Set aggressive but achievable aspirational targets to align with the market opportunity and drive Premium to Market growth objectives for Units, Revenue and Profit goals
- Collaborate with the Smart Collaboration BU and Sales Team on Quarterly Campaign Initiatives to determine strategic and tactical Campaign plans to achieve and exceed business goals
- Create and facilitate demand generation programs and plans for the NA Smart Collaboration business across the SMB, Global, US and Canada Corporate, as well as Public Sector Segments; working with Marketing to launch and execute demand generation programs to uncover and develop Pipeline and Sales
- Define Quarterly go-to-market strategies and tactics for the Smart Collaboration Portfolio, which will gain market share, while growing revenue and profit
- Communicate updates and product details to Internal and External Sales Team members, providing simplified and technical presentations as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience
- Have financial acumen and understanding for P&L management processes
- Familiarity with selling products in the Channel
- Proficiency in Excel, and other office applications
- Proficient in Qlik
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience and understanding of the product management processes
