Description and Requirements

• This is a key role within AP Visual Team aiming to grow business in the Central Asia Pacific (CAP) region. 

• The successful candidate will plan, execute and grow our Visuals business, achieving volume, revenue and margin targets in Consumer and Commercial segments. 

• The CAP Lead - Visuals along with respective Segment leads will lead in engagement with our largest retail partners, commercial resellers and enterprise customers.

• You will be the catalyst for growth. Business Planning and Management

• You will be responsible for analyzing the CAP markets and for building a product plan with country 4P teams.

• You will ensure that this plan achieves the market breadth that our share goals require

• Your plan will require you to:

o Deliver on key metrics execution (Units/ Rev/GP/WOS/Aged)

o Align with finance (planning / Monthly linearity / GTN execution)

o Co-ordinate with 4P for the Supply forecast & time-to-market optimization

o Be responsible for all the Sell out activities and stocks

o Quarterly/monthly/weekly planning & execution Business Development:

• Relationship building with key T1s, BP’s: Providing them with market feedback, organizing required product trainings.

• Co-ordinate with Sales and PC 4P teams to sync programs and campaign plans on customer level

• Co-ordinate with marketing on brand development in store visibility/POS improvement & promotion; and On-line

• Take ownership for line up and product content set up in the online channel Specific quarterly execution of • Co-ordinate campaign planning with 4P (4P prepares with CAP team, BDM gives inputs and feedback on opportunities to drive Ambition)

• RTM analyzes - key channel development, Lenovo share within channel actual & plan • NPI & deployment

• QBR with key partners

Interlock with sales teams - CON / SMB / REL - SI/STI/SO, share of wallet update, key opportunities, customer feedback Specific monthly execution of:

• Prepare Price & heat map check vs competition

• Distributors & Key partners visits

• Mx interlock with Sales & Finance

• GtN check with Finance & Sales

• Interlock with marketing team - promotion results, share of space update, promoter feedback

• BMS call alignment with Sales Leaders & Finance

• Supply forecast, feedback adjustments to 4P and CAP team.

Position Requirements:

• Strong leadership experience in managing a regional team

• Business development attitude

• Relationship building

• Metric driven and fact based

• Acts quickly with a sense of urgency

• Strong Business Acumen Essential

Experience and Key Skills:

• Minimum experience of 12 years in the Computer Monitor or Visual products.

• Proven product sales/marketing experience

• Self-motivated and pro-active mentality

• Energetic, sales driven attitude and a "must win" attitude

• Excellent presentation skills driven by passion

• Commercial understanding of BP’s

• Detailed insight to business analytics

• Strong financial skills and understanding of P&L

• A good communicator with excellent personal appearance

• Varied career experience including roles in Sales & Marketing

• Must have good skills in working as a team and also on own initiative.

• Can work well under pressure and would look to problem solving.

• Formal sales / negotiation skills training from recognized Institute

Experience Required: 10 - 12 years in Visual/ IT Segment.
