Description and Requirements

This position as Channel Incentives Sales Operations Specialist will be working in a high performance Team, fully committed to support our Business Partners in North America by ensuring that we deliver accurate and on time payments to Channel Partners.
 Among the main responsibilities that this position will manage we can list:
• Review and approve program earnings calculations
• Support a robust set of business controls around the payment process
• Validate deductions from invoice performed by large Retail accounts
• Manage the dispute resolution process
• Provide quarterly accrual information at a product, partner and regional level
• Manage price protection claims process
• Produce activity reports In this position, the Sales Operations Specialist will manage multiple tasks and processes and must be able to effectively prioritize and produce accurate and timely results on a consistent basis. The candidate must be well organized with strong communication and relationship skills.

This position works closely with individuals at different levels within Lenovo and our Business Partners: including Retail buyers and merchandisers, Sales Executives, Operations, Marketing and Finance among other areas. Position Requirements:- Bachelors degree or student in Business Administration or similar - Strong analytic skills - Controls oriented person with attention to details - Solid use of Excel - Advanced English
