Description and Requirements
The Channel Management Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyze data to assist in making insightful channel business decisions. You will interpret results, trends or patterns in complex data sets, develop recommendations based on the findings and will generate graphs, reports & presentations as needed on a routine or ad hoc basis. You will actively participate in Business BMS & to the design for Lenovo EMEA/worldwide BMS.
You'll be responsible for:
Rebate Program management for own and team area of responsibility, calculation execution, provision of support & solutions to EMEA Channel team to ensure that Channel business objectives of are met
Leading, participating & delivering strategic Lenovo initiatives and projects
Owns Contracts & relationship management responsibilities with 3rd parties for channel related services/procurement
Building processes and process designs with business & BT/IT and business teams in order to achieve key Lenovo objectives
Leading data solution testing, process design modelling discussion, UAT, PPS for own team
Lead interlock with other functions (Finance, Services, BICC, etc.) on new process/program deployment, harmonization & expansion activities and optimization
Provides results, reports, analytics modelling solutions & solutions connected to Channel partner rebates on regular and adhoc basis (xls., SQL query, VBA, Power BI, Qlik)
Interact with partners in business/BU to understand their business and reporting needs, including critical metrics and KPIs
Acts as EMEA focal point for all rebate related queries
Responsible for Audit and Audit compliance.
You'll bring:
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability and experience in leading teams OR Projects (project teams)
Proven communication skills in English (speaking & writing)
Team player, can do attitude, flexibility
Master degree in Technical/Analytical/Computer science - nice to have
Channel experience - nice to have
5 years of Data analytics/Reporting/Process & Solution Design
MS Excel – expert level
SQL query experience
VBA experience
Qlik View/Sense, Power BI experience - nice to have
Experience with managing complex Process & reporting solutions E2E
Ability to own whole Process & report life cycle from requirement gathering -> implementation -> testing -> go-live & PPS
