Description and Requirements

Content & Training Specialist - AI Application

The WW Customer Enablement team is a key part of our global Customer Experience organization. We are looking for a Content & Training Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive the adoption and effective usage of our cutting-edge AI application across Lenovo.

In this role, you will work closely with the Product Manager and the development team to create engaging content and deliver comprehensive training programs that enable our users to harness the full potential of our AI tool. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our digital transformation initiatives and help elevate the engagement between our sellers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy for the AI application, ensuring all content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with the product roadmap and user needs.
  • Create high-quality, user-centric content for the AI application, including user guides, tutorial videos, FAQs, and other supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager, development team, and key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective training programs for various user groups.
  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to onboard new users and provide ongoing support to existing users of the AI application.
  • Monitor user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the content and training programs, ensuring they effectively meet user needs and drive adoption.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to promote the AI application and its benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the AI application's features, capabilities, and best practices to provide expert guidance to users.

Preferred Experience

  • Proven experience in creating content and delivering training for software applications, preferably AI-driven tools.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for various audiences.
  • Experience in developing and delivering engaging training programs, both in-person and virtually.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, learning management systems, and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content and training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Passion for AI, digital transformation, and customer experience, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the organization.
