This is remote position and can be worked anywhere in the United States. 
Role and Responsibilities:  
Key sales individual for T-Mobile carrier account team responsible for all non COR channels sales (indirect/retail/business/other) of Motorola products.
Lead and assist in promotional planning and financial modeling.
Track sales activities, drive actions needed to close sales, seek out, generate and close sales opportunities. 
Aiding the GM with various aspects of account on boarding, business modeling, master agreement negotiation and general account management driving key results. 
Knowledge of telecommunication service provider dynamics and the necessary needs required to grow the business
Understand the competitive environment of wireless and how to best position our products and business to drive results
Work closely with the internal Motorola teams, National Retail, engineering, product operations, marketing and finance team to transact optimal business opportunities that drive positive return on investment
Lead planning and execution of: road map (mapping to customer needs), sell in of each product (tied to overall experience and Motorola promise), marketing and launch plans, sell out initiatives to maximize each product, End of Life management
Be fully responsible for drafting, negotiating, and deal sheet/terms approved (internal and external processes)
Work closely with business operations to ensure alignment on forecast
Own all aspects of the account (all business groups, all functions, external & internal)
Critical understanding of customer vital stats, org charts, initiatives, strategies; and make recommendations of approach
Travel to customer events and participate as needed (typical during non pandemic)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Previous experience in telecom/wireless industry is highly preferred 
Proven track record of sales growth and execution with the ability to forecast and manage business performance and results
Highly adept at fostering collaboration among sales, business operations, marketing, finance, strategy and product development to enable ideas to be efficiently executed
Employs innovative and creative thinking to solve business problems with non-traditional solutions
Create own business models/analysis and articulate optimal ROI/strategy internally and externally
Strong communication, attention to detail and leadership skills to support across all levels of management
Experience with technical teams, marketing and business operations functions of our customer base
Demonstrated negotiation expert; possesses ability to anticipate next move
