Description and Requirements

 

As a Lenovo Channel Sales Representative, your role is pivotal in driving Lenovo’s B2B business through channel partners. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Business Management: Develop and execute business plans, conduct quarterly reviews, and manage sales-out activities.

• Strategic Engagement: Create and adapt strategic engagement plans for each partner and territory.

• Education: Educate partners on the benefits of Lenovo’s portfolio through communication and training.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners at all levels.

• Solution Positioning: Understand and position HCI/SDI solutions, server, storage, and network technology.

• Sales Quota Achievement: Consistently meet quarterly sales targets.

• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Business Development: Identify opportunities and execute business development plans.


Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in business development or channel management within the IT industry.

• Network: Deep knowledge and experience with top Spain partners/integrators.

• Track Record: Proven success in channel sales of solutions (not just products).

• Relationship Building: Ability to work with key sales teams both vertically and horizontally.

• Action-Oriented: Committed and results-driven.

• Communication: Strong presentation skills.

• Flexible Environment: Thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking IT company.
