Channel Services Programs Manager

The Lenovo Services team is building upon its world-class Channel Services organization. The Rest of World Channel Services organization will focus on transforming our channel services programs and enabling our channel partners. Our mission is to lead the industry in channel experience, making it easier to do services business with Lenovo than any other manufacturer. We will enable our channel partners with the right technology, tools, analytics, assets, and resources to drive our joint services business. Last and most importantly, we will accelerate Lenovo and partner profitability, ensuring our mutual goals are aligned and supported. Our Channel partners and Lenovo will win together with services.

The Channel Programs Manager will be responsible for executing on the worldwide channel services program strategy relative to Lenovo’s Infrastructure Services business. He or she will implement services recommendations across each geography to support Lenovo’s service attach and broader Services and Solution Group portfolio.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Executing on our vision of a simple, predictable, and profitable services incentive structures that provide our partners with meaningful motivation for driving Lenovo services

  • Implement programs that drive attach and more complex professional and managed services

  • Work with geographies on implementing channel sales incentives for channel partner reps, sharing best practices across Geo’s, measuring and maintaining ROI

  • Integrate services into Channel training, certification, and specialization program paths

  • Cross Geo and team collaboration to drive execution and best practices sharing

  • Solicit and act on partner feedback on programs

  • Continued tracking of geo adoption against program recommendations and facilitation of reporting and data analytics to drive further program implementation

Experience Required:

  • 7+ years of Channel, Programs, Services, Sales, or related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with global teams, across cultural and time differences preferred

  • Proven experience in driving and delivering business results

  • Operational strength to understand and quickly digest Channel programs, complex internal dependencies, and create/execute plan to overcome and enable strategy
