Description and Requirements

o Responsible for PC, Infrastructure, Servers, Storage and Solution business. o Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing set of customers. o Monitor customers , market, and competitor activities and provide feedback to the organization. o Work closely with Account sales executives, leading the day-to-day Account Development sales activities in assigned territory . o Meet and exceed sales target by volumes, revenue, territory penetration, market share, profitability and growth. o Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth with his/her set of customers with specific focus on Premium mix. Maximize sale of SnP , Visuals, ISG . o Responsible for finding, qualifying, signing and nurturing relationships with Customers, within an assigned territory. o Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans. Review sales progress and Customer satisfaction. o Effectively maintain and keep current customer information and sales opportunities. Critical Skills o Independent thinking and the willingness to initiate and lead Channel business in the market. o High-level logical thinking, critical thinking o Self-Starter/Entrepreneurial (not waiting for supervision or detailed instructions) o Practical, flexible and results-oriented mindset o Flexibility in working style to get things done o Excellent presenter and strong commercial acumen - good ability to communicate ideas

A University Degree from a well-recognized tertiary institution, preferably in related discipline

Work Experience · Able to develop strong relationships with various stakeholders and ability to work with them · Able to work independently and meet requirements, maintains ownership, offers potential solutions, drive work to completion within specified timelines Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented · Work under pressure · Relevant industries: PC / IT industry is an advantage.
