Lenovo Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) is seeking a self-motivated intern to be a part of building a culture of the “Best Place to Work” by engaging with internal stakeholders to deliver meaningful messages, events, programs and more to support the WW Commercial Segment. You will work with a cross-functional team that includes business leaders across product brands, strategy, sales, marketing and directly with the SVP of the Commercial Segment. Key objectives for the role include:
Developing Employee Engagement Activities for Local, Virtual and in-person trips
Assist in bi-annual WW Commercial Face-to-Face workshop and other scheduled events/engagements
Assist in message design & compiling for internal & external speaking engagements and platforms; working cross-functionally to collect insights and information
The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. They will need to have the ability to work independently as a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in an ever-evolving environment, and adapt messaging across different audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and develop new skills, including communicating clearly and convincingly. While they will need to work independently, they will have support within the organization to help guide and provide feedback.
You are an ideal candidate for this role if:
Basic Qualifications:
Current undergraduate or graduate student within Marketing, Digital Media, Business Management or related fields
Constructive collaboration and exceptional interpersonal skills
Creativity, positivity and problem solving skills
Strong understanding of LinkedIn social media platform
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with content creating AI tools
Previous experience managing social media accounts (internships acceptable)
You are comfortable asking questions and doing the due diligence to understand the landscape
You are a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
You have strong written and verbal communications skills
You possess good time management and organizational skills
You are creative and adaptable, with an eye for detail
