Who You’ll Work With: 

The Intelligent Device Group at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices.  We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service solutions.  

This new position will report to the Director of Commercial Programs and Projects. It is an exciting opportunity to drive sales and operational programs from creation through completion that have a material impact on the business.

What you'll do:

  • Define, create and manage key programs for the Commercial Segment WW team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the WW and Geography teams that leverage commercial programs
  • Publish regular program status reports and dashboards for the Commercial leadership team
  • Work across a matrixed organization to ensure maximum program participation and effectiveness
  • Budget and track financial success of key programs, making program alterations as needed

Basic Qualifications: 
  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a technical field
  • Strong background in financial/operational metrics. How to create, track, and report out on results
  • Conceptual thinking and problem-solving at all levels, ability to formulate a plan and desire to drive that plan through to completion.
  • Demonstrated skills working across diverse industry groups and geographies
  • 2+ years project/program management experience
  • 2+ years working in technology field

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • 2+ years working in the PC industry
  • Independent spirit and desire to create and manage their own work
