Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic Consumer Sales Account Manager to manage Tier 2 retail partners in Jabodetabek. The role focuses on driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and building strong partner relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage direct and indirect Lenovo Business Partners (Tier 2)
  • Drive sales across the full cycle: Sell-In, Sell-Through, Sell-Out
  • Monitor inventory levels and product aging to ensure alignment with Lenovo standards
  • Plan and execute partner-led marketing, promotions, and training activities
  • Ensure strong in-store visibility and increase share of wallet
  • Support growth in premium segments (Gaming, Ultra Slim, 2-in-1)
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with partners
  • Address and resolve partner-related issues
 

Qualifications

  • Atleast 5 years of experience in sales or channel management, preferably in IT or consumer electronics
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia’s retail landscape
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic and proactive approach to partner engagement
