Description and Requirements

Position Description

  • Building long lasting client relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Data collecting and analysis to better understand client needs and behavior. Prepare reports on account status.
  • Improving the client buyer experience. Internal collaboration with departments to ensure client need fulfillment.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.

Position Requirements

  • Requirements Bachelor´s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years sales experience.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collect, track and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Adaptability and strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Data Analysis tools management (Excel / Power BI / etc.).
  • Desired product knowledge
