Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Consumer Key Account Representative, based in Madrid, who will be responsible for Lenovo Consumer sales, inside assigned customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Achieve all sales targets, including value, volume, and profitability, within assigned customers.
  • Manage Lenovo Consumer sales segment for key accounts, ensuring consistent achievement of weekly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to negotiate sell-in plans, margins, and share of wallet.
  • Regularly visit customer premises to drive Lenovo business development and align with customer needs.
  • Monitor and optimize stock levels within assigned customers, ensuring effective sell-in and sell-out processes.
  • Develop and execute proactive business and marketing plans to deliver strong ROI and increased brand presence.
  • Manage multiple consumer channels to minimize channel and price conflicts, maintaining brand integrity.
  • Ensure Lenovo brand values are promoted positively through selected consumer channels at all times.

Qualifications:


  • Proven sales experience in the retail IT/electronics sector, with a minimum of 3-5 years in retail sales.
  • Established network of contacts within national retailers, e-tailers, and distributors.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial understanding of national retailers and experience in building strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to customers.
  • Strong motivation and drive to achieve sales targets, with a results-oriented and assertive approach.
  • Technical proficiency in data analysis, including Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for providing data insights.
  • Ability to manage consumer channels and propositions, ensuring effective market coverage and minimizing conflicts.
