Description and Requirements

Would you like to build your career in a fast-paced local environment within a truly multinational global company? Can you help us drive continued growth of the largest retail partners in the UK?

In this role you will play a key role within the consumer division of Lenovo. You will be responsible for the further development and managing of one of the largest Consumer retail partner’s in the UK&I (Curry’s, Dixons, PC World). You will support our Senior Account Manager on the team with strategic planning. You will help facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments from the customer. You will build relationships both internally & externally to ensure we deliver the best customer experience. You will also work with supply chain in order to ensure orders are processed, stock is allocated, shipped and delivered into Dixons within a timely manner. You will manage the promotional activities within the account and will need to provide market intelligence on a weekly basis to ensure Lenovo are winning in the market. You will report to our Consumer Director based in the UK.

What will be your other responsibilities in this role?
• Ensure Lenovo achieves market share growth.
• Manage Sell In and Sales Out inventory profiles plus returns/DOA’s both internally and externally.
• Support Senior Account manager in Account level profitability plan to include Sales GTN=Discounts, Rebate Plan, PP, Funding & Promotions, GP%, Co-Marketing.
• Work with UKI product management to determine appropriate product line-up, price propositions, and gain margin sign-off for each customer play.
• Internal project management across finance, service, marketing, GSC, Operations and Product Management to support the account.
• Manage Lenovo product portfolio and conduct competitive analysis.
• Manage end to end supply chain. (Multiple levels, including internal and external parties) Success factors
• Consistent achievement of weekly and quarterly sales in / sell through quota.
• Pro-active Business & marketing planning to show good levels of ROI, increased share of wallet and focused activities.

What do we expect from you?
• 2-3 years’ experience in sales, ideally from the IT sector but it’s not mandatory
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Energetic, sales driven attitude and a "must win" attitude
• Presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in fast paced Consumer environment
• Understanding of the supply chain
• Organized and process driven.
• Ability to build relationships & Teamwork
