Position Description
We have opportunity for a Consumer Snr Account Executive working in an award-winning sales team. The successful candidate will manage and develop a set of accounts across consumer / E-tail customers.
Job Description
As a Consumer Snr Account Executive for Lenovo, you will be proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and develop effective long-term business relationships at the level with key decision makers and influencers both internally and externally.
Identifies and prioritises Lenovo opportunities and develops solutions strategies. Plans and facilitates complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.
• Execute on robust business plans related to both Lenovo’s strategy and the retailers.
• Ensure Lenovo achieves market share growth within the existing accounts base.
• Managing key seasonal promotional periods and opportunities.
• Ensure all promotional opportunities provide part of a realistic weekly forecast.
• Manage Sell In and Sales Out inventory profiles plus returns/DOA’s both internally and externally
• Own ongoing analysis of metrics & business performance to produce weekly report for business performance & relevant actions and recommendations
• Implement account level profitability plans to include Sales GTN=Discounts, Rebate Plan, PP, Spiff funding & Promotions, GP%, Co-Marketing.
• Work with UKI product management to determine appropriate product line-up, price propositions, and gain margin sign-off for each customer play.
• Engagement with customer at all levels including senior management in order to completely understand their business drivers.
• Internal project management across finance, service, marketing, GSC, Operations and Product Management to support key retailers.
• Manage Lenovo product portfolio and conduct competitive analysis
Position Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in IT Industry and Sales.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel & PPT
• Self-motivated and pro-active mentality
• Energetic, sales driven attitude and a “must win” attitude
• Presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in fast paced Consumer environment.
• Commercial Understanding of National retailers/e-tailers
• Requires travel
