Description and Requirements

Would you like to become a key part of our Consumer Sales Team? Can you build relationships and grow our Visuals business? 

In this role you will plan, execute and grow our Visuals business, achieving volume, revenue and margin targets in our Consumer segment. You will be the go-to Person for all things regarding Visuals. You will work extensively with our Consumer Account Managers and Product Managers to develop the existing Visuals business that Lenovo currently has with the likes of PC World, John Lewis, Amazon, Shop Direct Group and Ao.com. You will report to our UK&I Consumer Director based in the UK. 

What else is waiting for you in this role? 
Business Planning and Management, you will analyze the UK and Ireland markets and build a product plan together with 4P team. Your plan will deliver on key metrics execution (Market Share/WOS/Aged)
Responsibility for all the Sell-out activities and stocks 
Quarterly/monthly/weekly planning & execution to drive strategic growth
Business Development, creation and ownership of the Visuals Consumer, go to Market Strategy 
Training sellers for key customers & providing them with market feedback 
Co-ordinate with Sales and 4P team to sync programs and campaign plans on customer level 
Cooperation with marketing on brand development instore visibility/POS improvement & promotion; and On-line 
Take ownership for line up and product content set up in the online channel 
Build relationships via online and face to face partner visits 
Interlock with the Consumer sales team –SI/STI/SO, share of wallet update, key opportunities, customer feedback 

What will help you to get the job done? 
3-5 years’ experience in Sales Roles with PC Industry knowledge preferable 
Business development attitude, passion to grow 
Relationship building skills
Product sales/marketing experience
Presentation & communication skills  
Understanding of UKI Retailers
