Description and Requirements

Building long lasting client relationships based on trust and respect. Communicating with customers to understand their needs and explain product value. Data collecting and analysis to better understand client needs and behavior. Prepare reports on account status. Improving the client buyer experience. Internal collaboration with departments to ensure client need fulfillment. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. Forecast and track key account metrics. Requirements Bachelor´s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field. 3 – 5 years sales experience. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to collect, track and analyze large amounts of data. Adaptability and strong problem solving skills. Ability to collaborate with others within the company and externally. English fluency. Data Analysis tools management (Excel / Power BI / etc.). Desired product knowledge
