Description and Requirements

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to CLM and DocuSign users
  • Support the CLM document library, for templates, playbook terms and clause library updates
  • Lead Data Quality projects in relation to the CLM, coordinating work with the Legal COE team and performing data cleansing activities on a regular basis
  • Perform Data Reporting Activities for the CLM for both regular and ad hoc data needs
  • Support the CLM training program (develop and deliver CLM training materials and user manuals, and support a train-the-trainer process)
  • Work in close collaboration with the CLM PMO supporting with key project related activities
  • Solve individual problems, and spot trends and system sticking-points, to drive daily success and long-term improvement.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience with data and IT systems analysis in a fast-paced corporate Legal or IT department, or as a systems administrator or manager of other similar business applications
  • Experience participating in the implementation of a CLM system is preferred (e.g., Onit, SpringCM, Conga, Apttus, Agiloft, OnBase)
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is required
  • Expert use of Excel is required
  • Demonstrated capability to perform data analytics on large data sets
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal interaction in a highly customer-satisfaction focused environment
  • Developed critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills, with a willingness to get into the details of complex problems and drive creative solutions
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • A strong team player who can work well with colleagues in all functional groups
  • Committed to his/her personal growth and development by actively seeking feedback and responding with constructive action
