Job Responsibilities (Essential functions and duties):
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CLM System Support Specialist to assist in the administration and optimization of our Onit Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) System. This role involves supporting system integrations, troubleshooting user issues, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating AI-enabled document review. Additionally, the specialist will assist in testing system enhancements, maintaining key system logic (e.g., auto-routing and approval tables), and supporting other Legal Operations tools such as SharePoint, Chatbot QA, PowerBI, and training platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration: Support the Onit CLM System, including data integrations, system configurations, and dynamic data management (e.g., auto-route logic, approval tables).
User Support & Training: Assist end users with system functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices. Conduct training sessions and create process documentation.
AI Document Review: Support AI-driven contract review processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Testing & Enhancements: Participate in testing new system features, upgrades, and tools to ensure seamless deployment.
Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and validate system data integrity, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Legal Operations Tool Support: Assist with other legal tech tools, including SharePoint, Chatbot input/testing, PowerBI dashboards, and other applications that enhance legal team productivity.
Process Documentation: Maintain and update system workflows, user guides, and training materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems (Onit preferred) or similar legal tech platforms.
Familiarity with AI-enabled document review and legal operations tools (e.g., SharePoint, PowerBI).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and user issues.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
Ability to create clear training materials and process documentation.
Basic understanding of system integrations and workflow automation.
Strong communication skills to support end users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in legal operations, system administration, or IT support.
Knowledge of contract management processes and legal workflows.
Familiarity with Power Automate, chatbots, or legal analytics tools.
