What You'll Do:

We are looking for a highly dynamic individual with strong relationship and negotiation skills. The Account Executive position will be responsible for driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction in Lenovo’s Commercial accounts in the IN, KY, and Southern Ohio New area. This individual will develop and maintain account relationships through senior level engagements by selling Lenovo’s entire portfolio with an emphasis on developing new opportunities for Lenovo.  The Account Executive will also develop strategies for profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for our customers.  The AE will be engaged with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition planning, services and resource planning.  In addition, the AE will be tightly aligned with Lenovo's strategic business partners for the mutual benefit of our customers.   

This is a remote position, and the candidate is expected to live in and around the IN, KY, and So. OH region area. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new opportunities within the territory across multiple verticals
  • Achieve revenue and profitability objectives for Lenovo while driving growth across multiple product sets
  • Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals
  • Develop C level relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to customers
  • understand and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and services developments
  • Lead a cross-functional team within the company to move opportunities forward
  • Ensure that our customers receive world-class sales and customer service
  • Effectively and consistently use the Lenovo CRM and other reporting tools to track key sales metrics and consistently meet those metrics


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • 5+ years of successful technology, services and solutions sales experience
  • Proven ability to develop strategies to engage and sell to large companies
