Description and Requirements

Description:

  • Work closely with wide variety of stakeholders as a part of executing our VOC initiatives for the organization.
  • Program quarterly customer feedback surveys in tools like, but not limited to (Microsoft Forms, ConfirmIt)
  • Analyze customer feedback from products, applications and solutions developed by the Cloud and Software organization.
  • Derive actionable insights from customer feedback and summarize insights for Product Managers.
  • Work closely with product management team to understand VOC needs and leverage best practices when implementing end to end solutions
  • Serve as key member of the Customer Experience (CX) team within the Cloud and Software (CSW) organization, championing the customer experience along every touchpoint of the customer journey

Required Skills:

  • Rising senior or junior at a participating NC HBCU (Historically Black Colleges & University) 
  • Minimum 2.8 GPA
  • Undergraduate student
  • Education: Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, statistics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated passion for Customer Experience and acting as an advocate for customers
  • Strong critical thinking, influencing, and relationship management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Will be required to work as part of a global team
  • Ability to analyze and interpret a mix of qualitative and quantitative data, constructing compelling narratives, and providing recommendations on complex topics
