Key Responsibilities and Duties
Strategic Thinking:
1.Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
2.Collaborate with senior leadership to articulate the financial vision and roadmap, securing buy-in and support.
3. Lead cross-functional teams in the identification and prioritization of digital initiatives.
Financial Expertise:
1.Possess a deep understanding of financial operations, management accounting, and financial analysis.
2. Leverage financial acumen to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance.
3. Have good understanding of Accounting and management of expense and warranty cost.
Change Management and Communication:
1.Champion change within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and digital adoption.
2.Develop and execute effective communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels.
3.Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Project Management and Execution:
1.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
2.Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
3.Implement robust project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
1.Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2.Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
3.Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
4.Deep expertise in SAP FICO, with a minimum of 7 years of implementation experience, including at least 3 projects in a financial lead role.
5.Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
6.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
7.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners at all levels.
8.Fluency in Japanese, English, and Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written).
