Description and Requirements
This is a global supply chain digital transformation position under the corporate digital transformation office.
Focusing on the business process transformation, digital solution design, deployment, and data driven business model design .
The position will cover the digital transformation of global manufacturing and engineering. The position will partner with supply chain business operational teams for requirement identification and solution design, and engage/collaborate with IT teams for the IT/DT solution development . Manage in project model or product model to design and deploy the smart solutions and applications to digitize the global supply chain operations. Support and engage in the Lenovo Manufacturing and Engineering team.
Candidate Requirements:
1. 2 ~ 8 years work experience in business process management, IT system deployment, data analytics, and management consulting. Working experience in high tech or electric industrial would be preferred.
2. Rich experiences in MFG , while the E2E supply chain experience or knowledge would be a great plus.
3. Good experiences in MES, IOT, data analysis etc , AI capability is more attractive
4. Strong competency in verbal and written communication, in English, Japanese and Chinese
5. Bachelor degree above, majored in Engineering, Computer science, and/or MBA
6. International study or work experience is a very strong plus.
