Digital Transformation Service Delivery team is Global Team with members located in US and BJ Currently supporting WW. This team is responsible to designing  Service Support processes and implement them across different BU’s of  PCSD, DCG and MBG onto CRM Platform managing Call center and Partner Workforce End to end. Our main goal is to support Business with automated process and tools that help them achieve operational targets and meet customer Expectation.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Project teams to understand the process to arrive the project goals and to complete project objectives, Understand and manage project scope to deliver within the time / cost restraints, Ensure E2E process will be executed as designed / Identify and address communicate gaps
  • Responsibilities include working closely with our Work Stream members to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes.
  • Create a consistent and valued effortless customer support experience developing and scaling repeatable methodologies and proven best practices & tools.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
  • Maintain and expand highly effective working relationships with key stakeholders, geography leaders, customers/users, vendors and partners to integrate strategic support and continuous improvement plans into overall strategic objectives.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Monitor execution, drive functional commitments to deliver and Provide timely / accurate project status updates.
  • Performs regular Lessons Learned with the team to ensure project and process improvements are captured from Concept to Launch.
  • Assist in aligning regional business teams for BT/IT releases, deployments, project, or production issues, etc.
Qualification:
  • Graduation in any field.
  • Great command on English language.
