Responsibilities

1.     Track all DT IT projects to meet project management SLA regularly, coordinate with PMs and related focal to push issue closed.

2.     Participate project management tool design and testing, follow up existing production issue and continuous optimize processed from user’s point of view.

3.     Coordinate with DT/IT strategy team/platform focal on required operation (resource plan, budget release, etc.) from PMO team.

4.     Work with Finance team proactively on regular project tracking, just like closure status accurate PPS date and timely project closure.

5.     Internal Audit actions follow up.

6.     Report progress to the management team and key stakeholders.

Requirements

1.      Bachelor’s degree or above on project management, computer science, management information system, electronic or electrical engineering.

2.      More than 5 years’ experiences of project management, at least 2 years’ experiences of global digital transformation operation related works or project management experience.

3.      Good comprehensive abilities on the combination of management, consultancy, project delivery and technical skills and able to quickly learn new topics.

4.      Proven ability to lead a virtual team located in multiple countries, experience in an international working environment is a plus.

5.      Proactively drive problem resolve, strong ownership and highly self-motive is request.

6.      Good command in oral and written English, able to use it as major working language.

7.      Sound knowledge in using Jira and Confluence.
