Description and Requirements
Lenovo’s Services and Solutions Group is looking for Business Analysts to join our Digital Workplace Offering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business analysis and support for Lenovo’s Digital Workplace Solution offerings. This will include ensuring that offerings meet customer’s needs, resonate in the market, are compelling, competitive, and help Lenovo profitably grow.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain offering features and functions, roadmaps, and documentation.
• Develop deep understanding of the market for DWS, value proposition for various industries and key clients in those industries and develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials that drive revenue growth.
• Provide business analysis support for DWS offerings to the offering leaders to help them sell and deliver these offerings profitably levering the broader Lenovo sales, solution, and delivery teams.
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends and develop offering value propositions, customer value propositions and business cases.
• Conduct regular customer and market research to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve our offerings and differentiate ourselves from competitors.
• Support offering teams by providing competitive analysis, pricing guidance, and other support as needed to profitably grow the offerings.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a business analyst with expertise in developing value propositions, enablement plans, business cases, cost models, and pricing strategies.
• Strong business acumen and solution focus with experience in scoping, solution design, pricing, and proposal development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex business cases, technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
