Description and Requirements


Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Services and Solutions Deal Desk team & Solution Architects to provide Digital Workplace Solutions Price Benchmarking.
  • Draw insights from external market benchmarking data and share prior to Deal desk approval.
  • Recommending pricing strategies that align closely with business priorities and market trends.
  • Assessing Cost, Price, Market data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends.
  • Preparing and presenting pricing analysis to senior executives, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Knowledge of Desktop as a Service (DaaS), Digital Workplace pricing constructs is preferred.
  • Be a subject matter expert for all things related to Digital Workplace Solutions Pricing.

KPIs

  • Provide competitive benchmarks for Digital Workplace Solutions opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Sales and stakeholder management.
  • Deep understanding of latest IT Services market trends across geographies.
  • Working and sharing best practices within Central Price Benchmarking & Intelligence team.

Education/ Qualification

Must Have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, finance, economics, or in a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of competitive pricing mechanisms and constructs in IT Services industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially MS Excel) and associated analysis.
  • Able to dig into detail, manage complexity and drive decision making.
  • Ability to work in a team-environment and good organizing skills are a must.

Desired:

  • A master’s degree in business administration will be preferred.
  • Certifications in Pricing and active membership in related associations would be a plus.

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 4/ 5yrs experience as a Pricing Professional/Consultant in IT Services industry
