Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

负责利用数据分析优化AI PD/NBA 等AI 相关产品，包括：

· 分析不同渠道的行为数据，构建数据集，评估和优化 intent 模型及大语言模型，提升诊断效率和准确性。

· 构建和维护数据分析平台，设计指标体系，开发可视化工具。

· 数据分析与挖掘：

o 分析不同渠道的用户的行为特征和需求，为不同渠道问题诊断提供数据支持。

o 挖掘用户问题之间的关联关系，构建问题知识图谱，提升诊断准确率。

o 分析诊断结果数据，识别潜在的产品问题或改进点，为产品迭代提供数据支持。

· 模型评估与优化：

o 评估 intent 模型的准确率、召回率等指标，分析模型误判原因，提出优化方案。

o 跟踪大模型对用户问题总结的准确性和完整性，协助优化模型训练数据和方法。

o 探索新的机器学习算法和模型架构，提升诊断效率和准确性。

· 数据平台建设：

o 参与构建和维护 PC 问题诊断数据分析平台，设计数据指标体系，开发数据可视化工具。

o 与工程师合作，确保数据采集、存储和处理的准确性和高效性。

岗位要求：

· 学历要求： 计算机科学、统计学、数学、数据科学等相关专业本科及以上学历。

· 技能要求：

o 熟练掌握 Python、SQL 等数据分析语言和工具。

o 熟悉常用机器学习算法和深度学习框架，如 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等。

o 具备良好的数据分析和挖掘能力，能够独立完成数据清洗、特征工程、模型训练等工作。

o 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同角色进行有效沟通。

· 经验要求：

o 具有 3 年以上数据分析或数据挖掘相关工作经验。

o 具有 AI 产品相关经验者优先。

o 具备ASR,知识图谱及自然语言处理经验者优先
