What You’ll Do:
This Data Analyst and Systems Engineer position will support the WW Tax business team. This position will be the liaison between Tax users and DT/IT explaining and ensuring the systems/processes meet Tax rules. This is a fast-paced role for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills.
· Support Tax business members in liaison and interaction with the DT/IT Team members
· Understand business requirements and work with DT/IT to implement such requirements
· Drive design and process discussions with other DT/IT folks to ensure Tax needs are met
· Support testing and validation of the deployed solution to ensure that they are in line with Tax requirements
· Manage projects for the Tax team - Drive ownership and follow-through of actions and activities
Position Requirements:
Basic Requirements:
- · Bachelor’s degree or higher
- · Project management skills
- · Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities
- · Superior Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills
- · Flexibility to work some evening hours
- · Experience managing and or setting up governance and process management
- · Fluent in English, and excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and nontechnical team members and stakeholders
- · Strong interpersonal skill and keen attention to details
- · Experience and comfortable in working in a dynamic fast paced environment
- · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with excellent time management skills
- · Ability to maintain high ethics and integrity
Preferred Requirements:
· Experience in Sales, Operations or GSC
· At least 7 years of SAP implementation experience with at least 2 in a team lead position, SAP S4 experience is beneficial
· Good understanding of the business process for order to cash and procure to pay; knowledge of tax is a bonus
· Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team
· Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
