Description and Requirements



Data Scientist



Support strategic projects for the Services organization related to predictive and proactive analytics and perform activities including data architecture design, data mining, modelling and visualization. Aid in projects to map and automate existing data, process and define new data elements, data architecture. Work with Business Transformation and Information Technology groups to map existing data and processes related to Service planning, delivery, part management, tools and data related to customer support. Define incremental requirements for future data and process from other functional team (manufacturing, supply chain, sales, etc.) relevant to future service model. Define architecture of data and management to support objective to create proactive and predictive analytics and customer support model. Support other division with cross functional knowledge sharing within Lenovo.


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

2 or more years of relevant experience

Advanced SQL programming; Python; R; Data visualization using R; Machine learning and algorithms
