As a Technical Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with worldwide engineering teams to develop BIOS and BMC solutions for customized and general market server platforms designed for use in cloud datacenter environments. You will also work directly with Lenovo’s Datacenter customers throughout the development and qualification of server platforms, ensuring their needs are met every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with internal functional teams and customers to define project scope, create detailed project plans, and manage budgets and statements-of-work
• Driving project execution and reporting status to both internal and external project stakeholders
• Supporting the firmware development of multiple server platforms in parallel
• Demonstrating excellent knowledge and experience in BIOS / BMC development from concept to implementation
• Engaging with customers and providing strong customer support

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business 
• At least 10 years of experience leading technology-based product development projects, preferably related to server firmware development
• Previous experience defining a project scope and complete a detailed project sizing of resources and materials/NRE/capital investment in a fast-paced environment
• At least 3 years experience in Jira, Agile development processes, WBS, Confluence, and other project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with cloud datacenter infrastructure
• Previous customer support experience
• Experience with AMD and Intel server architectures and product development
• Solid understanding of BMC and BIOS firmware
