Description and Requirements

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Ownership of the overall Demand Generation (DG) budget, ensuring data accuracy and communication to team members
  • Defining budgets at program and segment level (media spend, agency fees, fixed costs) by quarter, with constant review according to performances and business needs
  • Reconciling revenue targets at country, region and EMEA level and defining WEB only revenue targets
  • Approving Purchase Orders and invoices using the business tools, and defining, and managing targets using the business tools

  • Co-ordinate quarterly plans submission for all partner programs and lead recurrent calls with alliance partners (sharing results, projects follow-up, reinforcing relationship) 
  • Ensure proof of execution for all alliance partner activities and act as point of contact for alliance partners requests
  • Responsible for coordinating and synthesizing weekly DG Reporting (across platform, country, program, product type, route, funds, funnel stage and campaign)
  • POC for EMEA-wide DG activation (e.g., seasonal events and sales) or incremental activities (brainstorming, feasibility evaluation, budget definition and allocation, team briefing, coordination, etc.)
  • Creating/coordinating presentations for ad-hoc campaigns reporting 

Position requirements

  • Analytical mindset and structured approach
  • Technology marketing and sales knowledge
  • In-depth, working knowledge of digital marketing strategies
  • Proven experience in goal tracking and attainment
  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Fluency in another European language is a plus
