Description and Requirements

Are you interested in learning how to run successful digital marketing campaigns in the B2B/Commercial space? The North America Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Marketing team is looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual with strong project management experience to coordinate and project manage various digital and outbound marketing projects and programs in support of annual and quarterly awareness and demand generation goals.

  • Support administrative requirements for paid media, paid social, email nurture, and other digital marketing programs.
  • Complete agency briefs and project intake processes
  • Execute relevant program Alliance activity request, approval, and proof of execution submissions and processes.
  • Coordinate creative production and delivery with agencies.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide project updates.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Basic Requirements: 
  • Currently enrolled in marketing or related field bachelor's or master's program from an accredited university. 
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office applications.  

Preferred Requirements: 
  • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Self-directed, prior internship experience a plus 

We are looking for a spring semester intern who can work 40 hours a week on-site at our Morrisville, NC headquarters. Lenovo will fund the room and board for the term of the assignment if the hired student is not from a local university or college.
