The Role

Looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial self starter who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, willing to accept challenges, and get the job done. As an ecommerce marketer, this individual will have an integral role in helping to drive ecommerce sales by developing and implementing the digital content strategy and consumer journey. This person understands eCommerce fundamentals and the shopping funnel and will work cross-functionally with sales, brand, operations, customer care and IT, coordinating online marketing efforts by analyzing customers’ purchase behaviors, untapping new business opportunities and ongoing product maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

-Manage promotional calendar, promotion feed, product launches,  product feed, and partner with internal teams to execute and launch 

-Manage the overall consumer experience/journey and develop/implement content strategy in the web

- Collaborate and interface with customer service and internal teams, to drive the best consumer experience and communicate sales programs and promotions 

-Continuously seek out new partners to advance partners via conference, research and current partner referral to support sales targets and conversion

-Lead the 360 plans to launch and communicate to consumers the ecommerce actions such as offers, promotions and projects that benefit them.

-Give recommendations to global teams and ecommerce teams, on priorities on banners and communication on the site driven by historic data and performance.

-Collaborate with analytics teams in order to bring insights, recommendations, reporting, efficiencies for marketing actions that will support the ecommerce team.

-Manage the marketing budget allocated for actions to drive conversion on the ecommerce website, collaborating and working with the ecommerce team.

-Manage the vendors, contracts, offering with any actions that are relating to marketing for ecommerce.

-Support general ad hoc and actions required by the ecommerce team.

Must Haves:

-At least 3 years experience in ecommerce, ecommerce marketing, performance marketing, conversion optimization, or digital marketing.

-Capable in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

-Knowledgeable / interest in tech industry

-Driven individual with entrepreneurial mindset ready to work in startup like environment

-Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Tableau or similar analytics tools 

-Experience in affiliate marketing a plus

-Knowledgeable in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and A/B testing

-Strong organizational and project management skills
