We invent, build, and deliver some of the most powerful mobile devices in the world. We are currently looking for a Digital Production Designer that will join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. 

The Digital Production Designer is responsible for providing support for the global marketing department through a variety of channels: Web, CRM, Social, and other creative tasks as assigned and will report to the Global UI/UX Design Manager.


The Digital Production Designer’s primary duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and optimize final production files for new product launches, new components for the motorola.com site, CRM, and Social 

  • Create spec and presentation templates based off approved designs

  • Knowledge and experience optimizing assets for web production

  • Create process and onboarding documents for new designers

  • Provide image retouching and additional image manipulation

  • Video production for web
     

Job Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in design programs including Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of video editing software is a plus (After Effects, Premiere)

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of digital design experience, recent graduates welcome

  • Experience using a PC

  • Demonstrated experience in the digital atmosphere

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, team player

  • Able to work early hours (primarily with the Chicago, India, Brazil teams)

  • Quick Learner, excellent time-management skills

  • Able to work well under pressure

  • English advanced level

  • Portfolio presentation
