Description and Requirements

【职位描述】:

部门经理岗,全面负责数字化服务部战略方向设计和日常团队工作管理,数字化服务部通过打造优质客户体验的线上服务平台吸引客户,并对平台客户进行有效经营。

【岗位职责】:

1、 根据公司和上级部门的业务战略和要求制定切实可行的部门长期、中期、短期发展战略和方向。

2、 有效管理年轻化团队,包括产品、运营、设计、开发等团队。有效协调、管理、利用内外部资源,保证团队业务正常发展。

3、 坚持客户体验和数据驱动的理念,通过互联网增长理论结合商用大客户的特点,达成高质量客户增长和有效经营的目标

4、 引领公司商用大客户服务的数字化、智能化转型,并有效传递给客户

【任职要求:】

1、 同时有过主流互联网公司产品开发管理经验、客户服务管理、泛IT类TO B客户经营和维护工作经历优先考虑;有过成功的数字化智能化转型和大数据BI项目负责人经历优先考虑

2、有过互联网软件产品(SaaS产品更好)0~1管理经验

3、负责过流量平台的用户经营,熟悉互联网用户增长理论和实践,熟悉互联网运营工具和手段

4、具备较好的跨团队沟通能力
