Description and Requirements



Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and challenges.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimisation within the organisation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of systems and technologies.
  • Lead digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.


Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
  • English spoken & written
  • Proven experience in business analysis, digital transformation, and project management.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle is a plus

Base gross monthly salary from  2500 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
