Lenovo SSG digital transformation (DT) team drive digitalization for SSG group. SSG Digital Transformation DT Business Process Design Analyst focus on optimization of back-end service processes, innovation of new digital technology, implementation of information systems to streamline Lenovo SSG service. This position is located in Lenovo Japan office, UDX building, Akihabara, Tokyo.
- Take Lenovo Digital Transformation Role and Support change management and solution deployment related work for Japan Projects.
- Jointly work with business team and IT implementation team and drive the digitalization journey.
- Work with cross-function teams to design service-related process and IT system solution, implement service solution including project initiative, project blueprint, testing support, training and go-live support.
- Undertake Japanese translation for relevant meetings to ensure project running smoothly.
- Survey business team and optimize solution continuously.
- Support global projects outside Japan per demand.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree above, major in business management related, IT related or mathematics/statistics related.
- More than 5 years working experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, be good at collaboration and facilitation, experienced in crossing team working environment.
- Digitalization and IT background is preferred.
- Native level in Japanese
- Can read, write and speak Chinese
