Description and Requirements
Key responsibilities :
Business Process Design and Continuous Improvement
1.Interacts with key business stakeholders globally, including senior leadership, which involves solution design and influence on high-impact decisions;
2.Understand business needs and drive strategy initiatives to address CFO/COO and senior executive imperatives;
3.Focus on all finance enablers and improve intelligent finance systems to ensure an adequate fit with finance processes and strategy;
4.Develop and deliver communication to audiences ranging from business line stakeholders to executives;
Project Management
1.Manage and track global transformation projects
2.Align with business on the process changes to optimizing end-to-end finance processes for worldwide standardization, supporting new system implementation and supporting change management initiatives;
3.Work collaboratively with cross-domain counterpart to develop detailed work plans, deliver status, meet deadlines, meet or exceed quality standards;
4.Ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
Qualifications
1.Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related subjects required; Master’s degree preferred;
2.10 years or more of experience in one or more: Consulting or Corp Finance experience, implementing regional finance project operations or business process transformation in Record to Report, Procure to Pay, or Order to Cash and/or project management;
3.PMP, CPA, CMA or CFA equivalent is plus.
Preferred Skill Requirements
SAP, SFDC, Power BI, Anaplan
Professional Skill Requirements
1.Strong project management experience to lead multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic region/global environments under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
2. Able to work independently and with proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
3.Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and strong professional judgement;
4.Must be solutions-driven, and possess strong problem skills and business acumen to guide transformation with the needs of the business in mind;
5.Possess strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with peers and senior leaders locally and on a remote basis;
6.Exceptional ability in change management, drive results through efficient and practical execute approach;
7. Proficient in English and Mandarin.
