Description and Requirements

Reporting to the General Manager of the North America Small and Medium Business Segment, the Director of North America SMB Omnichannel Strategy and Analytics will play a pivotal role in driving the integration of our North America long-term strategy with the activation of SMB plans. This leader will spearhead the development and execution of our omnichannel strategy in close collaboration with our NA Strategy Office, ensuring that our SMB customers can engage with us through their preferred channels while enjoying industry-leading customer and partner experiences.

This role is central to our NA SMB growth objectives. It requires a leader with high standards, a passion for innovation, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. The Director will lead a team dedicated to program management, business analysis, and operational excellence, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role also requires a leader open to learning quickly from mistakes and course-correcting in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Lead the creation and refinement of the NA SMB omnichannel strategy, aligning it with the broader NA 5-year strategic plan to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team focused on program delivery, business analysis, and operations. Foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Program Management: Implement innovative program management techniques to enhance project delivery efficiency. Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality expectations.
  • Analytics and Operational Excellence: Leverage research, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making, optimize operational processes, and drive business results. Ensure operational excellence across the broader SMB team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the NA Strategy Office, NA business management, product management, NA sales operations, SMB sales leaders, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent engagement across all initiatives.
  • Senior Executive Interaction: Collaborate regularly with senior leadership and their staff to present business updates, strategy communications, and project recaps. Provide clear and actionable insights that drive decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Innovation and Technology Solutions: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance sales data tracking and accelerate team efficiency. Rapidly synthesize and communicate market data to inform strategic decisions.

Basic Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics or program management within SMB segment at large hardware technology company 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in program management methodologies, including agile project management.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging with senior executives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to operational excellence.

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $178,600.00 - $226,000.00. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com
