What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a Worldwide Director of Product Manager to lead the Rack, Tower & Dense optimized servers portfolio team and drive Enterprise/Government/Small Medium Business (EGSMB) customer segment.  This is a role that requires you to think like a General Manager, manager a global team of product managers and work across all functional areas to deliver financial results.

Position Requirements:

  • Define product strategy and roadmap supporting various customer segments
  • Evaluate new technologies and customer requirements to determine business viability
  • Provide continuous market analysis to include competitive landscape, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Prepare new products value proposition and drive Go To Market plan within the marketing team to drive business results
  • Define product key metrics to include financial metrics and ensuring financial goals are meet through product lifecycle in addition to meeting annual financial goal
  • Partner, collaborate and influence key internal stakeholders to ensure successful product strategy, design, delivery and support.
  • Manage product lifecycle from conception to end of life 
  • Lead and resolve business issues or problems that have business-wide impact.
  • Actively develop talent within the product organization and create bench strength for all product teams including immediate succession.

Qualifications:

  • Education credentials should include an ME, EE or equivalent technical undergraduate degree. A graduate level degree (MS or MBA) is preferred.
  • 10 year’s working experience in IT industry, including more than 7 year/s experience of x86 server product management
  • Deep knowledge of x86 Server Market
  • Proven track record of creating enterprise product strategy for mature & emerging market requirements at a global technology company
  • Excellent written & presentation skills in English minimum; Mandarin is a plus

  • Self-starter, get it done person, who is good at teaming and can deliver results independently
  • Ability to present to and influence senior management and key stakeholders across the organization 
  • Handle multiple tasks and work well prioritizing multiple deadlines
