Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Services and Solutions organization is hiring a Director to lead our Commercial business for sales & go to market strategy. 

This leader will have a team Services & Solutions organization will focus on continuing to drive ease of doing business for services in Channel, enable our Geo services teams, and map out our strategy as we launch new products and evolve into more managed, software, and vertical solutions. Enabling our Channel partners to drive services and solutions is a top priority for Lenovo and will help us continue to drive accelerated growth in Channel. Our mission is to lead the industry in Channel experience, making it easier to do services business with Lenovo than other manufacturers. We will enable our Channel partners with the right technology, tools, analytics, assets, and resources to drive our joint services & solutions business. Our Channel partners and Lenovo will win together with services and solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage, motivate, coach, and lead the Channel Services Enablement team

  • Work closely with Geo and WW Channel teams to drive strategy and business execution. Close collaboration and execution with WW ISO Channel, Sales transformation, and Channel COE teams

  • Enhance & drive the team to execute on Channel services enablement initiatives including Lenovo and partner tool enablement, services data and content syndication, Partner Hub enablement, Channel services sales team enablement, and other strategic enablement initiatives  

  • Cross Geo, BU, and team collaboration to drive execution

  • Receive partner feedback and nimbly execute changes

  • Strategic leader for Channel Enablement reviews

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Channel, Enablement, Programs, Services & Solutions, or related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters preferred

  • Strong leadership skills with 4+ years of leadership & management experience

  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with global teams, across cultural and time differences

  • Ability and experience driving collaboration and planning across organizations

  • Proven experience in driving and delivering business results

  • Operational strength to understand and quickly digest Channel complex internal dependencies, and create/execute a plan to overcome and enable strategy
