Description and Requirements
- Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Lead the development of business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Identify and evaluate potential merger and acquisition targets, and lead due diligence efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, and recommend adjustments as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
- Manage and mentor a team of business analysts and intelligence professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, market intelligence, mergers, and acquisitions, or related fields in IT Services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading and executing successful strategic initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in a Fortune 500 IT Services organization with a preference to experience in DaaS, IaaS, and Managed Services.
- English and Chinese fluency will ensure the candidate is best positioned for success in this role
The base salary range for this position in Colorado, New York City, Nevada and Washington, is $160,000 - $240,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
