As a Distribution Account Executive, we are seeking a dynamic individual to lead one of our key strategic distributors and help fuel the growth of our fast-paced channel organization.  He/She will help develop and deliver business strategies and results primarily focusing on Lenovo’s IDG key initiatives and One Lenovo mission. This would include but not limited to developing and nurturing relationships at all levels of the distribution organizations, sales activities across all partner communities and routes to market creating new revenue streams, loyalty, and overall customer satisfaction, training and education of distribution sellers and Value Added Reseller Partners, and managing marketing investments to achieve the maximum ROI.  The desired candidate must be highly motivated, a self starter, and fully understand channel sales and distribution as well as partner programs and incentives.  The Account Executive will also need to be able to work in a matrixed environment through collaboration with multiple business units within Lenovo to help deliver on results and business commitments.

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years proven track record in strategic selling and account management, 
  • Channel sales experience and a strong business acumen is a must.
  • This position will require some travel. 
Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, 
  • Demonstrated team building, leadership and the ability to manage multiple programs and partner engagements concurrently.
  • Candidate must have an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate, and approachable.
