Description and Requirements

Lenovo is looking for an experienced channel sales professional to join our field channel sales team working with distribution partners in the Greater Toronto Area.

Lenovo's partners are critical to our overall success and go to market strategy. The Channel Sales team is currently hiring a Channel Sales Account Executive - Distribution, with experience supporting channel business relationships and processes to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

The Lenovo Channel Account Executive will be responsible for:

  • Lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Collaborating with key account sales, product and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborating with distribution sales team to drive strategic initiatives and Lenovo opportunities.
  • Building and fostering relationships across distribution organizations.
  • Developing and executing annual plans and business reviews.
  • Leveraging programs and tools to help channel partners grow their strategic business initiatives with Lenovo
  • Marketing initiatives, events, education, enablement

Basic Requirements: 

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales growth and execution with the ability to forecast, manage business performance and results.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and build influence in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker who looks for innovative ways to solve business problems.
  • Proven track record of selling solutions with the channel through a solutions sales approach across products, options, services and solutions.
