Description and Requirements

We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Product & Business Manager (4P), to strengthen the Product offer and promotions through our Ecommerce website and to drive the Ecommerce business.

The 4P role at Lenovo is a combination of Product and Business Management and in this role you will be responsible for :

  • EMarket and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize opportunities to further develop the Ecommerce business
  • Work with both the Nordic 4P and Ecommerce 4P teams to build a product portfolio that complements the country line up 
  • Identify growth areas for the Ecommerce business
  • Detailed quarterly sales-in/sales-out planning
  • Accurate product forecasting and transition planning
  • Ordering quarterly ranges and replenishment stock to ensure that the latest products are available on and there are no gaps in the on-site line up
  • Inventory management, working with the relevant teams to sell to forecast and managing aged and inventory targets
  • Weekly tracking of the results and drive of corrective action
  • Planning and execution of promotional activities
  • Identify value-add promotional activities for
  • Build programs to accelerate growth and achieve financials targets
  • Communicate and present portfolio and product updates to Online Sales Managers & wider Ecommerce team
  • Ensuring a competitive price structure for the products, considering corporate strategy targets
  • Active management of the product life cycle and design of the transition to new products, considering maximization targets for sales and profit
  • Maintains expertise on focus product and overall industry trends
  • Close cooperation with Nordic 4P team, Global Ecommerce 4P team and Ecommerce Sales team
  • Build strong relationships with the Country/Region Sales team & Management 

Position Requirements:

  • Outstanding analytical thinking and financial acumen
  • Experience in product- or business management is a plus
  • MS Office, very strong in Excel
  • Excellent team player
  • High level of flexibility, self-reliance and proactivity
  • Fluent in any Nordic languages and English verbal and written communication
